How does the Presidential Card program work?

First things first

As soon as you receive your Presidential Card remember to sign the back of the card to validate it.  Don't forget you will save money every time you use the card, so always keep it with you wherever you are!

Accommodation

Treat yourself to a great range of accommodation ranging from country B&Bs and cottages to six star hotels. We have negotiated the best rates available at hundreds of leading hotels and resorts worldwide. Simply look through the accommodation sections and select a property that suits you. You must make a reservation in advance by contacting the establishment on the numbers listed.

Simply call the establishment and identify yourself as a member, and quote the reference code and/or number. Some establishments have the facility for you to check availability and book on line. If you are booking on line please enter the promotional code listed, this will automatically calculate the discount for you. Be sure you get confirmation of your discounted rate and booking number. Keep in mind that rates may change due to seasonal factors. Some establishments may have a minimum night stay during peak seasonal periods.

The discounts are not available in conjunction with short term internet deals offered on third party accommodation and travel websites or any other offers. Block out times may apply at selected properties during peak season and special event periods. All bookings are subject to availability. You may be asked to present your membership card upon check in at reception.


Dining

We all enjoy dining out and now you can afford to dine out more often.

As a member, you can receive discounts at all restaurants listed in our programme right across the country. Introduce yourself as a Presidential Card member at the time of making a reservation or prior to being seated and present your card when paying your bill.

Main Course Offers: The restaurant will deduct the price of the least expensive main course or up to the value listed. Individuals must be accompanied by at least one other full paying guest. The restaurant will deduct the % of the food bill or the total bill for the table. If multiple cards are used, the deduction is still the % off the food bill or total bill, up to the maximum combined value of the cards. Additional savings may apply to banquets or set menus. Please check the listing.

Group Dining: one bill per table, a limit of 2 cards per table.

Exemptions: Entrees and children's meals.

Presidential Card may be used at any time except the following days. Christmas Eve/Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, Good Friday/Easter Sunday, Mother & Fathers Day. Offers may not be combined with other discounts.


Leisure and Travel

Enjoy a wide range of leisure, fun and family activities across Australia and New Zealand. Choose from discounted holiday packages, whitewater rafting, day spas, cinema tickets, para-sailing, tourist attractions and family entertainment.
 
Identify yourself as a Presidential Card member when making a reservation or present your card when purchasing or collecting your tickets. If a savings voucher is required, present both your membership card and voucher to receive the discount. The Presidential Card also offers you substantial savings on pre-purchased tickets to popular theme parks, plus other great savings on cinema tickets when purchased in bulk. Some cinemas are contractually obliged to exclude certain movies; this will be listed as "No Free List". If in doubt, please check with the cinema. Unfortunately, in these circumstances, your card and voucher cannot be used.

Savings Coupons

All savings coupons must be presented with your Presidential Card. These are found at the back of your Member Guide or through the Voucher section on this website.

A Few Things To Remember

The Presidential Card is not transferable and can only be used by the person whose name and signature appear on the card.

You can use your card all year round with the exception of: Public Holidays, three days of the long weekend, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and the time in between, Easter, Mothers' Day, Father ‘s Day, Valentines' Day or unless the individual establishments states otherwise.

The Presidential Card is valid on School Holidays unless otherwise stated but may attract a different validation. Some establishments limit the use of the card on other Special Events or during Peak Periods. These Special Events are local, such as Indy Races in Queensland. Check individual validations for details. If you have any queries, check with establishments when booking.
