How do I get a replacement Card?
First contact the organisation, through which you received your membership to order a replacement card.
If you purchased your membership through The Presidential Card, please call 1800 888 314.
Replacement cards are available for a cost of $5.00.
2. How do I get a replacement Member Guide?
First contact the organisation through which you recieved your membership and request a replacement.
If you purchased a retail membership direct from Presidential Card, please contact our Member Care Team on 1800 888 314 to order a replacement. There is a cost for a replacement Members Guide which is $11.00 and covers postage.
Payment can be made by Credit Card; Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Membership Card - with your personal details printed on the card, which s recognised and welcomed around Australia and New Zealand
Member Guide - a handy guide that fits in your glove compartment that list a selection of establishements.
Web Site Access - access to all offers in the programme including special "RED HOT" offers.
Newsletters - register your details to recieve electronic news letters, special offers and updates
Member Care Team - making your life easier, by providing advice on the programme, establishments, advice on planning a trip (recommendations for your needs), and to record your suggestions for benefits and/or improvements to our service.

5. How do I search for Benefits?
There are 3 ways to find great offers:
- Search for offers using the Search Panel, or
- Advanced Search for offers using the Search Box at the bottom of the page, or
- Click on the Categories to list great offers
